Refund policy

I hope you love your order, but if there’s a problem, I'm here to help. 


Can I return an item?

Because most of my products are handcrafted and personalised, returns are handled a bit differently if you catch my drift! 

  • Personalised or custom items These are non-refundable and non-returnable unless there’s a fault or error on my part.

  • Non-personalised items i.e. stock frames & woodslice decorations without personalised wording and greeting cards. You may return unused items within 14 days of delivery under your EU right of withdrawal  as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging.


How to request a return or refund?

Please email hello@catchmydrift.ie within 14 days of receiving your order, with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A photo (if there’s damage or a fault)

I will then let you know how to proceed.


Refunds

  • If your return is approved, I will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 - 10 working days of receiving the item back.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on my part.

  • If your parcel is returned to me due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, reshipping costs will apply.


Return postage

You will be responsible for the return postage unless:

      *   The item arrived damaged

      *   I made a mistake with personalisation

      *  The wrong item was sent

I recommend using a tracked postal service for your peace of mind.


Items I can’t accept back

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Gift cards

That's ok.  Just be sure your product falls under my returnable items and let me know within 14 days.
