Catch My Drift shipping policy
Thank you so much for choosing Catch My Drift for your handcrafted, sustainable, special gifts.
1. Shipping options and P&P rates for frames
I use An Post Tracked Post for all deliveries within Ireland and worldwide. I offer several convenient shipping options:
* €10, Tracked Post, for up to 2 frames within Ireland.
Orders shipped via standard post typically arrive within 1-3 business days after dispatch.
* €13, Tracked, Express Post within Ireland
* Free postage for all purchases over €160 within Ireland.
* I offer free local delivery in Ballincollig. Time will be arranged once your frame is ready &, if possible, someone needs to be at your home/office to accept delivery. Whilst I can leave the package in porch etc if requested, this is entirely at your own risk. As Catch My Drift is an eco conscious business, and I work on my own, all deliveries & collections are tied in with as many others as possible to minimise car journeys & time out of the studio.
* In addition, I offer a free local pickup service where I can meet you, by appointment, in Ballincollig to hand over your frame, typically during business hours.
2. International Shipping and Customs
I use An Post for all international orders. Please note that Catch My Drift is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges that may be incurred when your order arrives in your country. Any additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and may vary by country.
3. Order Processing Times
All "in stock" frame orders are processed and posted within 1-3 business day (unless otherwise advertised/advised at time of ordering). Where you have requested personalised wording, please allow a possible extra day. Processing times for bespoke pieces vary throughout the year but please try to allow at least 3 weeks for your very special piece to be created.
4. Tracking and Delivery
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates.
5. Address Accuracy
To ensure successful delivery, please ensure that your shipping address, including postal code, is accurate and complete when placing your order. Catch My Drift cannot be held responsible for delays or issues resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages: If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact me at hello@catchmydrift.ie with your order details, and I will assist you in tracking it down.

Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please notify me immediately with photos of the package and contents so we can resolve the issue.
Missed Delivery/Unclaimed Packages - Packages returned due to missed delivery or those that haven’t been picked up from the An Post designated pick up location will be refunded after deduction of shipping costs and website payment processing fees.
Missing or Stolen Packages - We will not be responsible for packages that show confirmation of delivery.
If the missing item is due to an issue with the carrier in transit, you will receive a full refund.
